D\u00e8s l\u2019installation de Sciences Po Lille dans la rue Angellier, la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un \u00e9tage suppl\u00e9mentaire pour sa biblioth\u00e8que s\u2019est impos\u00e9e comme un enjeu de taille. Il aura alors fallu de solides n\u00e9gociations entre les \u00e9lus au Conseil d\u2019Administration et la mairie, puis une longue p\u00e9riode de travaux, pour permettre \u00e0 ce projet de voir le jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dans le cadre des Projets Communs Tutor\u00e9s, notre \u00e9quipe de 4 \u00e9l\u00e8ves a \u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9e de cr\u00e9er une strat\u00e9gie de communication avec deux objectifs : faire la promotion de l\u2019\u00e9tage en travaux avant l\u2019ouverture de celui-ci, et pr\u00e9parer son inauguration. \u00c0 ce titre, nous avons notamment film\u00e9 et mont\u00e9 des spots vid\u00e9os, cr\u00e9\u00e9 des esquisses mettant en valeur des espaces, avons pr\u00e9par\u00e9 l\u2019ouverture aux \u00e9tudiants en r\u00e9alisant un appel \u00e0 projets parmi les association de l\u2019IEP, et r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un benchmark pour constituer un dossier \u00ab\u00a0cl\u00e9-en-main\u00a0\u00bb de pr\u00e9paration de l\u2019inauguration officielle, comprenant un d\u00e9roul\u00e9 minut\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, une liste d\u2019invit\u00e9s, un r\u00e9troplanning organisationnel, ainsi qu\u2019une r\u00e9flexion autour du th\u00e8me de la soir\u00e9e. Communiquer autour de ce nouveau lieu de vie d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux \u00e9tudiantes aux \u00e9tudiants nous a donc permis de mettre en pratique de nombreux outils : production audiovisuelle, r\u00e9seaux sociaux num\u00e9riques, infographies, gestion de projets \u00e9v\u00e9nementielle\u2026 Nous permettant alors de d\u00e9velopper des comp\u00e9tences particuli\u00e8rement utiles dans le monde du travail. Notre investissement dans ce projet nous aura donc permis d\u2019ajouter une v\u00e9ritable exp\u00e9rience professionnelle \u00e0 notre parcours, valorisante aupr\u00e8s de futurs recruteurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
